By Joni Hawk, Sep 7th 2006
In Augusta, Maine according to the Portland Press Herald: "The owner of the $8.45 million Megabucks ticket that was sold at D & L Country Store in Oakland claimed the winnings that were entitled to him, but the winner's personality remained a big mystery. "The lottery director also added that the person might never be identified. So in order to receive the money incognito, the winner could ask an attorney to accept it into a trust fund..."
